9-11-22 - Adaptive Radiation Instead of Evolution

The readings this week are Jeremiah 4:11-12, 22-28 and Psalm 14, or Exodus 32:7-14 and Psalm 51:1-10, 1 Timothy 1:12-17, and Luke 15:1-10.  This week we look at evolution.  Why does God go after what seems insignificant?  This is because it is to God and doesn't want to be apart from us also.  When we look at how we understand speciation and how that process happens we start to understand at a deeper level why it does matter to God. 9-4-22 - Life and Discipleship REQUIRES Vulnerability

The readings this week are Jeremiah 18:1-11 and Psalm 139:1-6, 13-18, or Deuteronomy 30:15-20 and Psalm 1, Philemon 1:1-21, and Luke 14:25-33.  This week we look at vulnerability.  We all experience it in life but try to run away from it as much as possible.  Nature is not as fortunate and has to face it head on.  When Jesus calls us to do it as well are we as willing to do that? 8-14-22 - The Sight We are Blinded to!

Note:  Between the recording and publishing of this podcast, the United States senate passed the Inflation Reduction Act which seems that it might have some ability to make some much needed work to address the  climate crisis.  Time will tell.
