Sunday Feb 06, 2022
Hello Everyone,I hope you enjoy this week's podcast and I would enjoy hearing your thoughts about it. The podcast will be the bottom link at the bottom of the email. The readings for this week for the Presentation of our Lord are Malachi 3:1-4, Psalm 84, Hebrews 2:14-18, and Luke 2:22-40. We have seen this is science and technology throughout our lives, but are we doing that in our faith lives and church lives? Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful.
Remember to answer this week's question:Where are things within your own life or within the church, that you see that we need to accept that they are going to change? #faithandscipodcastI look forward to all of your feedback,Tyler BublitzMusicMarch On by Silent PartnerPorches and Universes by Puddle of InfinitySocial MediaTwitter: @FaithandSciPod References:

Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful. The readings for this week are Jeremiah 31:7-14, Psalm 147:12-20, Ephesians 1:3-14, and John 1:(1-9), 10-18. This week we look how John's use of light to describe Jesus is one of the best examples we could possibly get. This is due to how easy it is for us to understand today. 12-29-19 - We All Flee at some Point!
Friday Feb 04, 2022
Friday Feb 04, 2022
The readings for this week are Isaiah 63:7-9, Psalm 148, Hebrews 2:10-18, and Matthew 2:13-23. This week we look at one of the most human experience that we get of Jesus; Jesus as a refugee. This is something that has happened quite frequently in history that people, especially scientists, have to flee to continue doing what they are doing. We also see this in nature in something called migration. Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful. Remember to answer this week's question:When or where have you been called to relocate (flee) for God to continue working with you? #faithandscipodcast

12-22-19 - The Adaption Story that Isn’t told at Christmas
Friday Feb 04, 2022
Friday Feb 04, 2022
The readings for this week are Isaiah 7:10-16, Psalm 80:1-7, 17-19, Romans 1:1-7, and Matthew 1:18-25. This week we look at adaption. Adaption isn't unique to humans but it also helps us understand some of the core of who we are as people while understanding a site of the Jesus' birth story that doesn't get talked about often. Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful. 12-15-19 - What are We Expecting?
Friday Feb 04, 2022
Friday Feb 04, 2022
The readings for this week are Isaiah 35:1-10, Psalm 146:5-10, James 5:7-10, and Matthew 11:2-11. This week we look at assumptions. We as people like thinking we have an idea of what things do, should look like or the like and often find that God has other plans. Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful. Remember to answer this week's question:
What are the "keystone species" in your life? What are the things that change things, turn things over, or cause you to look at things differently. This can be with faith or in life in general. #faithandscipodcast

12-8-19 - Things that Change Everything
Friday Feb 04, 2022
Friday Feb 04, 2022
The readings for this week are Isaiah 11:1-10, Psalm 72:1-7, 18-19, Romans 15:4-13, and Matthew 3:1-12. This week we look at how prepared we are to hear a message that changes everything. We can look back and see how that has happened to the world around us, but have we kept up with our faith? Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful. Remember to answer this week's question:In your lifetime, what are some thing that came into your life and totally changed it? What are thing that you didn't expect to be a big thing and became a big thing? What are some of the things that never took off like expected? #faithandscipodcast
