The readings for this week are Isaiah 64:1-9, Psalm 80:1-7, 17-19, 1 Corinthians 1:3-9, and Mark 13:24-37. This week we look being alert and awake for what God is doing.  This isn't that much different than being a scientist, or even a goose or bear. 11-1-20 - The Saints Named Humpback Whales!

The readings for this week for All Saints Day are Revelation 7:9-17, Psalm 34:1-10, 22, 1 John 3:1-3, and Matthew 5:1-12.  For the 22nd Sunday after Pentecost the readings are Micah 3:5-12, ( or Joshua 3:7-17), Psalm 43, 1 Thessalonians 2:9-13, and Matthew 23:1-12. This week we look at Humpback Whales and see how they can help teach us to be better saints and to thank the saints are still among us.  All of this helps us realize that being humble and selfless is much harder than we would like to believe. 10-25-20 - Do We Really Show God’s Love to Everyone/Everything?

The readings for this week for Reformation are Jeremiah 31:31-34, Psalm 46, Romans 3:19-28, and John 8:31-36.  For the 21st Sunday after Pentecost the readings are Leviticus 19:1-2, 15-18, ( or Deuteronomy 34:1-12) Psalm 1, 1 Thessalonians 2:1-8, and Matthew 22:34-46.
