3-1-20 - Ethics and Sustainability are Complicated

The readings for this week are Genesis 2:15-17; 3:1-7, Psalm 32, Romans 5:12-19, and Matthew 4:1-11. This week we look at the sin and how it can cause us to be less sustainable for profit now.  This then raises the question of are we living up the ethics we have for ourselves and comparing it the ethnics that we fight within the science community. This week we look at how God challenged the expectations for what the world had of him.  This forced us to change the expectations of who God is. We have seen this is science and technology throughout our lives, but are we doing that in our faith lives and church lives?
